1. Ensuring that all quotations are prepared accurately and timely.
2. Managing and supervising the sales administration and order
management teams to ensure that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Update sales forecast on monthly basis.
4. Preparation of Company Profile. (Edit as and when required/Print out and Compiling)
7. To prepare reports on new projects - Marketing function.
8. Coordinating with other supporting departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
9. Ensuring that sales orders are entered into the system accurately, and that all necessary data is captured for reporting and analysis.
10. Providing guidance to sales administration and order management team members to improve their performance and skill sets.
11. Monitoring and in-charge customer survey (conduct on yearly basis) - to ensure all customer survey return within the deadline given and to prepare survey analysis presentation for management review.
12. Assisting in preparation of slides presentation for Sales and Marketing - monthly, quarterly and yearly.
13. Monitoring complaint issue and customer survey as per ISO
requirement.
14. Any other duties that may be assign from time to time.

**; Requirements**:
- Education/Qualifications
STPM / Diploma in BA or relevant academic qualification
Training/Skills/Normal Experience
Ideally with 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position would be valuable.
Management of a Sales team.
Person Specifications
Able to organize and prioritize owns work, and coordinates the work of others effectively.
Good supervisory and leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills
