**_Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:_**

1. Achieve high levels of satisfaction through excellence practices in receiving, producing, packing, delivering and assuring quality of goods

2. To work closely to lead, support and guide the team and provide necessary training to subordinates and to make sure they achieve their daily targets

3. To ensure all safety and health measures are carried out at the workplace

4. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area and responding to inquiries regarding goods and productions status

5. Maintain accuracy of items record in showroom and warehouse stock

6. Maintain proper document record with necessary information and update reports of warehouse status on daily basis

7. Responsible for quality check approval and completed the requirement of reporting guidelines

8. Responsible to ensure Company’s Quality Policy and Quality Goals are understood, implemented, and maintain in the QC Department

9. Focus on improving productivity and efficiency of operations team

10. Undertake / perform any other tasks as assigned / directed by Management/ Superior from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
