As an intern in the Merchant Activation department at Food Market Hub, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our platform. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team and gain valuable hands-on experience in merchant activation and onboarding processes. This internship program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the food service industry, while also developing your skills in relationship building, project management, and business development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new restaurant merchants onto the Food Market Hub platform.
- Conduct market research and identify potential restaurant partners for merchant activation.
- Communicate with restaurant owners and managers to explain the benefits of joining our platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new merchants.
- Assist in creating training materials and documentation for merchant activation processes.
- Analyze data and provide insights to optimize merchant activation strategies.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the overall merchant activation workflow.

**Duration**: This internship program will last for a duration of 3 to 6 months

**Location**: The internship will be based at our office in Jaya One, on-site 5 days/week

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the food service industry and passion for technology-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is advantageous but not required.
