Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to operation team efficiently and independently.
- Provide support for data entry to the accounting system as and when needed
- Handle and maintain company vehicle including insurance, puspakom and road tax renewal
- Provide support to HR team in term of attendance monitoring, annual leave and new staff arrangement at site
- Hostel management
- Other administrative and clerical tasks as instructed.

Requirements:

- Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Good self-discipline, driven and motivated.
- Able to multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required.
- Good organizational, administrative & coordination skills.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,190.39 per month
