**General Expectations & Responsibilities**:
- To proactively promote, participate and provide supports in the development and implementation of the mill’s:
- Environment, Health and Safety Management System in a manner that will help to eliminate occupational injuries in the mill; and
- Quality Management System that comply with the desired requirement and meeting the CSCU expectation (product’s safety & quality) through consistent implementations of the established standard.
**Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities**:
- To operate machine to meet and exceed production KPI such as maintaining, controlling and operating machines and equipment, meet production schedule, maintain machine housekeeping, selecting specific raw materials & ensure all production material stock are available.
- To perform basic machine maintenance i.e. components replacement an adjustment
- To assist the maintenance team on machine troubleshooting
- To monitor product’s quality.
- To assist production problem-solving process and issues
- To maintain good housekeeping at working area.

**About You**

You’re also a university Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering discipline OR a Diploma holder in any manufacturing study with experience worked in any related field with a minimum of 5 - 10 years working experience.
