- Adhere to the store's dress code.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (cosmetology education a plus).
- Hands-on technical skill.
- Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or in skincare/beauty/retail.
- Passion for skincare and knowledge of various skin types and concerns.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of skincare trends and product launches.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multilingual skills may be an advantage.
- Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy boxes.

**Benefits**:
