Responsibilities and Duties: 1) Perform all store activities such as receiving and inspecting material condition of incoming goods and issuing goods. 2) Ensure receiving quantity in good condition for incoming materials/parts against goods receiving documents, E.g. DO, DN etc. 3) Updating stock movements in inventory system and filing. 4) Withdraw, issue and transfer stock items that required by user. 5) Ensure all stock items in store are arranged in orderly and labelled at the assigned shelf according to the standard operating system (SOP) 6) Perform inventory count by weekly or monthly basis( need or not?) 7)Store housekeeping 8) Perform storage/ pickup / goods handling 9) Issuing materials/parts by first in first out (FIFO) system 10) Reject damage items and report to superior 11) Maintaining QMS with compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard. 12) Conduct stock audit regularly and record data for performance review 13) Able to provide solution on store issue 14) Work with other departments for better process flow 15) Handling for documentation of store, filling and record 16) Maintain 5S System implementation 17) Competence for drive forklift 18) Any ad hoc task as assign by superior Qualification : 1) Able to speak and write English and Malay 2) Minimum Diploma graduate / 1 year experience in the same field 3) Good interpersonal and communication skills 4) Able to drive forklift 5) Can work independently 6) Able to work at Gurun
