**Role Title: PRODUCTIVITY ENGINEER**

**Role Type**:Initial 2 Years and Extendable Contract through Optimum Infosolutions - KL, Malaysia

**Job Location**: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

**Number of open position**: 2

**Job Description (JD)**
- To administer, configure and support for infrastructure system consist of:

- Microsoft Office 365 such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
- Microsoft Exchange Online
- Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
- Azure AD App Proxy, Enterprise Application and Azure App Registration
- Ensure security through access control, backups, and firewalls
- Upgrade system, client and software with new update patch release and models
- Managing mobile devices (iOS, Android, Microsoft Surface)
- Creating MDM policies and restrictions
- Provide BAU supports to end-user and IT systems, administrate, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to achieve high accessibility and meet service SLAs defined by the department.

**Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on work experience with Mobile Device Management (MD) solutions such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace One (previously known as AirWatch), etc.
- Extensive background working hands-on capacity with Microsoft Intune, Teams, OneDrive and/or SharePoint
- Have relevant experience, skillset in Office 365/Azure Single Sign On, Azure Active Directory, On-Prem Active Directory
- Should have experience/knowledge on Requirement Analysis, Design and Unit testing
- Must be able to perform and demonstrate good workmanship and technical understanding according to industrial standard
- Ability to self-direct on projects and tasks and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to perform any other task assigned by manager / supervisor

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM2,986.47 - RM11,458.89 per month
