- 為外部供應商代表和商場租戶提供有關 POS 介面和 POS 銷售提交的技術問題的協助。
- 監控當前專案並協調所有相關團隊成員以保持工作流程正常進行
- 確保項目符合設定的 SOP 和截止日期
- 負責追蹤所有與專案相關的文書工作/報告
- 追蹤和分析專案風險並提出改進建議
- 及時向專案經理和商場管理層提供專案狀態更新
- 需要時與專案經理一起制定策略並努力改善專案流程
- 在會議期間記錄會議記錄並做詳細筆記

要求和資格

我們正在尋找一位善於組織資源、確定優先事項以及在協作團隊環境中在各個層面上有效工作的行政主管
- 候選人必須至少擁有任何領域的小學/中學/SPM/“O”水準、高中/STPM/“A”水準/U預科、文憑/高級/高級/研究生文憑。
- 所需語言:英文、中文
- 該職位需要至少 1 年相關領域的工作經驗。
- 最好是專門從事客戶服務或同等學歷的入門人員。
- 優秀的書面和口頭溝通能力
- 較強的計算機技能;精通 Microsoft Office 並全面了解 Excel
- 專案管理技能和解決複雜問題的能力
- 能夠在壓力下有效工作
- 靈活且能夠在一個專案的多個不同面向或多個專案上執行多項任務
- 能夠在嚴格的期限內完成高品質的工作
