**Role Overview**
As a Collaboration Lead in the marketing department, you will play a key role in fostering collaboration among internal and external stakeholders to drive effective marketing initiatives. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and building strong relationships to enhance the overall marketing performance.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a collaboration strategy within the marketing department and across other relevant business units.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between marketing, sales, product, and other departments to align strategies and goals.
- Act as a liaison to ensure cohesive execution of cross-functional projects.
- Lead and oversee marketing projects that involve multiple teams or departments.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify and foster strategic partnerships with external organizations, influencers, or industry leaders.
- Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives to expand reach and drive mutual benefits.
- Implement effective internal communication strategies to keep team members informed about marketing initiatives, updates, and successes.
- Collaborate with campaign managers, content creators, and designers to align messaging and creative elements.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for collaborative marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on collaboration and project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management methodologies.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align collaboration efforts with business objectives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
