Assist in handling purchasing processes in dealing with vendors.
- Coordinate with vendor on purchase delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with all related departments to achieve planned target.
- Assist to issue PO and matching invoices with PO/DO.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices and other administration related documents.
- Handle logistic documentation, packing list and DOs.
- Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs.
- Communication and coordinate with nominated forwarder for product delivery.
- Manage office supplies inventory and reorder suppliers as necessary.
- Carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month
