We are looking for a Brand Manager to delight our consumers, build brand portfolios, and generate strong brand results.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
A Day In The Life of A Brand Manager

**1) Delighting Consumers**
- Strong acumen of consumer needs and what delights them.
- Draw connection between consumer facts and situations, turning them into campaigns which resonate with consumers
- Conceptualize, lead and execute campaigns which builds stronger brand love with consumers.

**2) Lead and Grow the Business**
- Quick to identify market opportunities and gaps.
- Plan campaigns and/or innovate portfolios to capture said market opportunities and gap.

**3) Business Profitability**
- Ensure efficient use of brand’s media spend

**4) Business Longevity**
- Involved in long term portfolio and brand planning
- Lead launch management and launch plans of assigned brand

**REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES**:

- University degree in Marketing or Business Admin
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Experience with managing a brand
- Experience in FMCG would be an advantage
- Project management experience
- Must be proficient with written and spoken English and Malay
- Proactive, Independent and result driven
- Analytical minded, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Keeps in-trend on what’s new in both traditional and digital media scene
- Keeps abreast of the latest trends
