Customer Success Executive

*Proactively engage with customers and perform regular business reviews to ensure they are set up for success. *Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with the assigned customers. *Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner *Collaborate closely with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities. *Gauge customers’ levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements. *Provide insights to customer to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base. *Being the main point of contact between the company and assigned accounts. Requirements : - Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent from a recognized institution. *At least 1-2 years customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company preferred. *Proven track record of working in a customer facing role. - Knowledge of facility management is an added advantage - A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written and adapt at working with multiple stakeholders.
