JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To handle basic accounts and accounting reports, account payable and account receivables to ensure all account transactions are updated timely and accurately,
- To manage general admin tasks andpurchasing of stationery usage
- Perform data entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
- Process staff salary, EPF,SOSCO
- Experience in accounting field is an addes advantage
- Preparing sales invoice, payment voucher and payment by cheque and remittance and other general accounting tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- SPM/DIPLOMA IN ACCOUNT/BUSINESS
- 1 - 3 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE
- MUST BE VERY GOOD IN MICROSOFT WORD AND EXCEL
- RESPONSIBLE, GOOD PERSONALITY, CONFIDENT ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND TEAM PLAYER
