Loan & Recovery Intern

Contact delinquent regularly on overdue installment and follow up with defaulters to secure payment
- Negotiate with defaulter to regularise loan account and propose loan repayment arrangement as at when required
- Handle delinquentcustomers' enquiries and complaints
- To backup and assist HP counter when needed
- Handle ETCM and Dealers enquiries and complaints
- Good analytical skills, alert, responsible, proactive person with initiative and an eye for detail and also be able to work well under pressure
- To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

**Job Requirement**:

- Pursuing Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
- Must possess good communication skills and analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Able to work independently and be a good team player.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines with mínimal advice.
- Able to identify and demonstrate clear comprehension of customers and organizational needs.
- Punctuality and confidence in facing challenges

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM700.00 - RM850.00 per month
