Responsibilities:

- To plan and implement effective marketing strategies (new product launch, training, promotion, campaign and tools) to achieve sales targets for the assigned products.
- To plan and conduct product trainings or roadshows to enhance product knowledge among members.
- To prepare product educational tools such as booklet, training materials, video, and any educational aids, slides, POSM.
- To closely monitor and analyse the sales performance of the assigned products and make proper recommendations to grow and expand market share in different countries.
- To assist with the code creation in BE4U and develop new modules in BE4U to produce effective promotions
- To analyse and prepare reports on the effectiveness of marketing activities, campaigns and promotions
- To prepare monthly rolling forecasts to improve inventory holding level
- To conduct a competitive review of other similar products
- To assist in reviewing the creative content of social media content, communication content, POSM (promotional materials, product leaflets, brochures, video & etc) and website content.
- Any other duties & tasks, which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or any relevant.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Posses own transport and is able to work in KL.
- Good communication in English and Mandarin.
- Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking parties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
