**Job Scope**:
1. To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of administration support
for logistics and admin teams related activities with high level of quality.
2. To support internal purchase ordering process.
3. To ensure Purchase Orders are placed on timely basic for all purchase
order received.
4. Responsible for interfacing with vendors, follow up to ensure that
appropriate actions were taken on company requests.
5. To ensure purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality
expectations of the company.
6. Ability to evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.
7. Responsible track inventory and restock goods when needed.
8. Stay up to date on industry trends and new products.
9. To compare available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate
pricing.
10.To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior/management from
time to time.
11. Have knowledge of procurement is more advantage.
