**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As part of the NIQ APAC Ecommerce Commercial team, you are responsible for accelerating sales growth to meet the annual revenue targets within the assigned market. We are looking for a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales.

To be successful, you will need to understand the eCommerce industry in your respective country and the consumer's trend. Use your hunter hunch to build the pipelines, the problem-solving consultative approach to convince, and negotiation skills to close the deals. Contribute your ability to find a way to overcome barriers and challenges to the team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build and deliver the annual operating plan sales target and business results by championing a client-centric sales mindset.
- Develop a sales strategy and go to market execution plans, with a focus on growing revenue with existing clients, along with expanding client base
- Collaborate and empower account sales team in developing effective selling strategy by cultivating relationships with clients
- Work closely with the teams that are accountable for the delivery of solutions.
- Own and manage business unit P&L, delivering revenue and EBITDA targets
- Build and manage the ongoing pipeline management, sales forecasts & sales meetings
**Be an Ambassador**
- Represent the NielsenIQ brand in the marketplace, participating in external events and professional speaking engagements.
- Build and maintain external partnerships that enable business strategy.

Be a role model internally, participate in company events and activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12 years of working experience with proven sales results
- Strong knowledge of the Malaysia market, including consumer trends, the competitive landscape in eCommerce, local digital regulation, etc.
- Outstanding client management and influence stakeholder relationships at all levels, mainly focusing on senior management.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, adaptive to challenging situations, exercise independent and pro-active leadership, and execute a high volume of competing priorities.
- Experience being the main person accountable for the performance and results of your area of responsibility.
- Knowledge of NIQ solutions and market research data usage.
- Understanding digital data collection techniques/ data solutions in the online world is a plus.
- English and local language proficiency is a must.
