**About us**:
COYS Affluence is a Business Consultancy firm and Solutions Provider that specializes in providing support services for Learning and Development needs of Multi National Companies (MNCs). Our team acts as an External Learning Administrator, managing an annual workforce of 12,000 in Malaysia and offering regular support to international clients as well. We work with certification bodies to upskill and increase the efficiency of our local talents, driving the national agenda of reducing foreign workforce through customized programs.

**Your role**:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Instructor located in multiple venues. The Training Instructor will be responsible for delivering training programs, providing client support and conducting safety activities related to training services.

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training and teaching
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle 30 pax per cohort
- Knowledge of learning and development principles
- Ability to create and deliver engaging training materials
- Experience in the retail business consultancy industry is a plus

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
