The Warehouse Coordinator reports to the HOD and is responsible to carry out general data entry and warehouse duties as directed by the Warehouse Executive, including compliance with established internal work procedures and safety regulations.

Receive and pack finished goods for outgoing delivery and shipment, including expedition for delivery order printing, certificate, documentation for delivery and shipment.
- Provide packing weights and measurements for packing list.
- Load ‘finished goods’ for outgoing shipments and delivery.
- Issue packaging material pallets and wooden drums for packing.
- Perform picking of goods ensuring accurate data input for stock count control.
- Perform stock count as required.
- Liaise with forwarders or overseas subsidiaries on shipments.
- Ensure stock accuracy using WMS system.
- Perform data entry duties using WMS systems.

Educational Qualification and Experience
- SPM/Diploma or its equivalent
- 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment
- Competent to drive forklift
- Preferably with knowledge of WMS

**Job Type**: Permanent
