**Job Details**:

- Position: Customer Service Executive
- Location: Ara Damansara or Johor Bahru (Choose one)

**Responsibilities**:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent customer support to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Offering accurate information to customers, effectively resolving disputes
- Conducting tele-consultations with customers to provide assistance and guidance.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, we expect you to meet the following criteria:

- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written Mandarin not required)
- Age: Below 34 years old
- Malaysian citizenship is mandatory.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis (5 working days per week with rotational off days)
- Minimum qualification: SPM
