Sales Merchandiser

We currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sales and brand awareness by creating visually stunning and strategic merchandise displays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement visually appealing and strategic merchandise displays to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with store management, marketing, and buying teams to ensure that product presentation is aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with buying teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and in compliance with company standards.
- Train and mentor sales associates on proper merchandising techniques and visual presentation standards.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging visual merchandising techniques.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of color theory, visual design principles, and current fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
