1. Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports to include cash flow statements. Submission date -on the 20th of each month. 2. Assist in analytical review and writing of reports on financial statements. 3. Oversee hotel credit policies including all follow up with lawyers on legal proceedings 4. Oversee credit control including in house guest control 5. Preparation of yearly budget 6. Preparation of annual cash flow forecast 7. Control of stock take 8. Collate information ,conduct research and survey to assist in upgrading accounting system as and when required 9. To ensure that the hotel overall cashiering and accounts are operated with effectiveness and efficiency 10. Deputies to conduct areas of training which include restaurant and front office night audit, restaurant ,front office and car park cashiering 11. To liaise with appropriate government departments and auditors. 12. Assist in developing solution to a variety of problems requiring use and techniques, including guest relations. 13. Attend management, inter hotel credit and business meetings. 14. To handle staff evaluation and disciplines 15. Control of daily sales reports 16. To perform any additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by immediate supervisor / directors
Ensure that process are sustainable, balancing service, quality, responsiveness and comfort while creating awareness and reducing wastage
