**Responsibilities**:

- Work creatively within company timeline and budget.
- Design, develop and execute graphic content for print materials, website and social media from conception to completion/ production.
- Update & maintain company website and social media.
- Maintain consistency and quality in all design work, adhering to brand guideline and standards.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specification.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Liaise with internal team and external vendors as and when required.
- Assist in in-house printing, lamination and marketing support related administrativetasks.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least Diploma or higher in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- Talent Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficient in graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Able to interact, communicate and present ideas.
- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc).
- Exceptionally proficient in all design aspects.
- Mandarin speaker is preferrable
