Location: Mudah Healthcare, HQ & Required somewhat consistent travelling for job purposes in Klang Valley Area.

Reports to: Dual Reporting - Product Lead, Tenang Services And Manager, Business Development & Marketing

Role Overview:
As the Executive in Business Development & Marketing within the Tenang Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting business development initiatives and marketing strategies aimed at expanding the reach and impact of our mental wellness services. Reporting to the Product Lead, Tenang Services and collaborating closely with the Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the growth and visibility of Tenang Services.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities to expand Tenang Services' presence in the mental wellness market.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners, institutions, and stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities and service expansion.
- Assist in the development of business plans, proposals, and strategies to drive growth and revenue generation.

Marketing Strategies
- Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing plans and campaigns to raise awareness and promote Tenang Services' offerings through B2B and B2C channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling marketing materials and content targeting diverse audiences.
- Scheduling cold calls to engage prospects.

Client Engagement
- Support in client acquisition and retention efforts by coordinating outreach activities, events, and workshops aligned with Tenang Services' objectives.
- Liaise with clients, addressing inquiries, providing information about services, and ensuring a positive customer experience (B2B & B2C).

Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for innovation within the mental wellness sector.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations for enhancing Tenang Services' market position.

Sales Target Support
- Collaborate with network of clinics & hospitals under the group to understand potential of collaboration for the placement of Tenang Services and provide marketing strategies to help achieve these targets.
- To collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans in alignment with Tenang sales objectives.
- Actively support the Product Lead, Tenang Services in implementing marketing initiatives tailored to enhance patient acquisition and revenue generation, contributing directly to meeting sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Healthcare or a related field.
- Atleast one (1) year of experience in business development, marketing, or a relevant role within the mental health, healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively about mental health services and their benefits.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and marketing software/tools.
