Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the delivery, testing & commissioning and user training Externally - to communicate with main contractor, consultant and hospital end users. Internally - to arrange with sales personnel, technical personner to conduct T&C and user trainning.
- Prepare the T&C certificates, user training form
- In charge to get all the documents signed by main contractor, consultant and end users
- delivery order, T&C document and user training form
- Prepare the OMM manual, user manual and other nessesary documents, submit to contractor and JKR
- Assisting in payment follow up, call main contractor and related personnel to follow up the payment status
- Arranging demo unit when required by hospital. Liases with warehouse closely to ensure the demo unit delivered to hospital.
- After sales service, for new project, first 2 years, handle main contractor or hospital will call project personnel first, handle the calls from hospital or main contractor.
- To arrange technical personnel to check the equipment Assisting in preparing brochures, copying presentation material for project managers.
Requirement:
- Able to speak well, present message clearly, communicate with others effectively, speak with confidence.
- Self-independence, fast learner
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa
- Required Skill(s): Project Management, Co-ordination, Communication
- Task-oriented, result driven, multi-tasking
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
