Project & Change Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
- Works directly with the Program Manager & Project Change Lead
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
- Prepare change management related slides and communication materials
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
- Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary Qualifications
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study. Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
- Three (3) years of project management experience. Managing ERP projects is a plus
- Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team-management and leadership skills
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
- Attention to details even under pressure
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experienced with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Prosci certification is a plus but not compulsory
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
