- **So, What will you be doing?**_
- Develop support and implement change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs for the assigned projects.
- Coordinate, drive and deliver change related meetings, trainings / briefings to stakeholders on projects.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impact, manage resistance, and drive adoption of changes.
- Monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments.

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Professional **certification in Change Management** is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, process, and tools.
- Ability to work in collaborative environment.
- Resourceful, independent and result oriented.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Pleasant personality and attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,700.00 per month
