The Learning and Development (L&D) Executive plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing training programs, that align with the growth strategy of the organization.

Position Title**:Learning and Development (L&D) Executive**

Job Summary: As a Learning and Development Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the training and development needs of employees across various levels within the organization. Your role involves assessing training needs, designing effective learning solutions, and facilitating training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
**1.** **Training Needs Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough assessments to identify learning and development needs across different departments and job roles.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR personnel to gather input and insights regarding training requirements.

**2.** **Learning Program Design**:

- Develop comprehensive training programs and materials based on identified needs, learning objectives, and organizational goals.
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies and techniques to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Incorporate diverse learning modalities, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, workshops, and simulations, to cater to different learning styles.

**3.** **Training Delivery and Facilitation**:

- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
- Ensure the smooth facilitation of training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management.
- Foster an interactive and participatory learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and skill development.

**4.** **Evaluation and Feedback**:

- Implement mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback from participants.
- Analyze training evaluation data to measure the impact of learning initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Make data-driven recommendations for enhancing training content, delivery methods, and overall learning experiences.

**5.** **Learning Technology Management / Reporting**:

- Oversee the administration and maintenance of a relevant learning management system (LMS) or other training platforms.
- Explore and leverage innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training delivery.∙ Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate the ROI and effectiveness of training initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders.

**6.** **Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**:

- Build strong relationships with external training providers, consultants, and vendors to supplement internal learning resources when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training facilitation.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, primarily in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies, is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret training data and measure learning outcomes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., HRDC TTT) is desirable but not required.

∙ At least 3 years working experience in managing training activities from education, service, hospitality, retail or related industries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM6,742.21 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
