**About The Job**

Provides general administrative support to Learning and Development (Center of Excellence)
- Performs administrative functions related to the Learning programs and Learning centers
- Maintains and keeps current a database with information about needs and wants of guests and instructors, as directed
- Prepares basic related reports and ad hoc analysis
- Provides technical support to instructors so that they make best use of the provided facilities and technologies
- Sets-up classrooms with the tables, chairs and meeting supplies, as requested
- Participates in daily and weekly planning sessions, reviewing the details of upcoming events and discussing relevant logístical matters
- Deals with external suppliers and partners

**About You
Computer literate and able to work independently.

Minimum of 6 months
