Learning and Development Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify customer learning needs through feedback, surveys, and analysis to tailor learning programs and modules accordingly.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging learning events, workshops and development strategy aligned with the organization's business goals.
- Create and curate learning content, modules, and resources that align with customer demands and industry trends for internal employee.
- Provide up-skill, and reskill training, coordinate with internal / external partners for learning course.
- Foster engagement by providing personalized learning experiences, progress tracking, and continuous support.
- Assess the effectiveness of learning modules and strategies through customer feedback, evaluations, and data analysis.
- Utilize **learning management systems (LMS)**, or automation platform to enhance human resource development processes.
- Establish **Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Goal, Strategy, Measure (GSM), or key performance indicators (KPIs) **to track the success of learning and sales initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Support organizational change initiatives by **aligning learning** with shifting business objectives and customer needs.
- Understanding of Human Resource Mapping, to assess current and future skills, competencies, and roles within the organization to optimize human resources effectively.
- Designing and implementing comprehensive talent development programs that align with organizational objectives.
- Skillful in identifying skill gaps and creating targeted learning initiatives to address developmental needs.
- Manage the learning and training budgets, optimizing resource allocation to foster the culture of continuous improvement of internal employees.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps within the organization.
- Evaluate, select, and manage **external assessment** providers to ensure high-quality learning assessments.
- Design and implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Implement and manage succession planning programs to mitigate talent gaps and support long-term organizational sustainability.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology Human Resource or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in leadership roles that combine learning and development with strategies, particularly in human capital context.
3. Having **3-5 years** of experience working in **Learning and Development** department or related field.
4. Knowledge in performance assessment and analysis.
5. Passionate about Social Impact and Sustainable Development.
6. Interested and passionate in Human Resource Development.
7. Proficient in communicate in **English**.
8. Proficient in Written and Reading **Mandarin** **is mandatory**.
