HR & Admin Executive

**Job Scope**
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to superior.
- Prepare monthly staffs’ payroll, calculate overtimes for staff, preparing and distributes pay slips, salary summary, key in SOCSO, EPF and Income Tax payment via online.
- Liaise with authorities on administration related matters.
- Received of communication from external interested parties, and channel to respective internal personnel.
- Perform general administrative job (Purchasing of stationery, cleaning)
- Compiling and update employee record (hard & soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Staffing, recruitment, training & etc.)
- Conduct internal orientation to newly hired employees.
- Any ad-hoc or other duties assigned by superior.
**Responsibility & Accountability**
- Responsible to maintain and updates employee’s records and filing system.
- Ensure filing of documentations, records and correspondences (Personal files, Leave Application and HR letters) are properly recorded and updated.
- To monitor staffs’ attendance records according to staff movement analysis.
**Qualification Required**
- Minimum Degree holder with 3-year experience in related industry.
- Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.
- Computer literate.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
