- **Job Descriptions**:_
- Firstly, to build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- To understand and adhere to customer PO process / requirements and invoice submissions.
- To assist with PO issues / concerns (follow up late PO and settle any discrepancies)
- To assist Sales matters when required - enquiries and quotations.
- Regular meetings to customers especially to late payer
- Build good PR and positive relationships with customers also to understand the local market potential.
- Be the link between customers and sales team for contract agreement - long term rentals
- To increase Labuan UT and revenue as a whole for business growth
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively - if any
- To possess solid knowledge of competitors
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration / or Economics / or marketing / or public relation
- 10 years working experience of Sales / customer service background in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Good communication in both English & Malay
- Good listening skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Have management working experience / background.
- In depth knowledge in Oil & Gas industry

**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month
