**Objectives of the Position**
- Manage and oversee overall talent development and learning initiatives in Asia Pacific

**Main Tasks**

Talent Development
- Deliver and support facilitation of talent and leadership development initiatives for APAC.
- Enable and support the Diversity & Inclusion agenda for APAC.
- To lead initiatives to drive a mindset of change and to increase employee engagement aligned to APAC’s talent priorities ((#more CORE, #more Female, #more Asia).
- Act as a change agent providing tools and support to implement major changes of organization redesign, change management, culture management, related OD matters and competency / talent and career programs.
- To be a local focal point for future talents (e.g. GROW talents, females & young LEADx) to drive in a short term filling up the talent pipeline of BASF Korea.

Learning & Development
- Plan and implement learning strategies and program that are in line with business needs and priorities.
- Contribute to the learning and development curriculum by working with regional and global HR members to identify and develop appropriate content and customized learning solutions where relevant.
- Co-facilitate workshops to various parts of the business and work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions as and when needed.
- Identify and source vendors that are capable to deliver new learning solutions (eg. digital learning, immersive learning, experiential learning) where applicable.
- Review and revise overall learning and development operating processes, procedures, and systems.
- Manage and maintain internally developed platform and pages with regional learning content
- Develop sustainable knowledge management capabilities.

**Requirements**:
Education
- Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Business, HR Management or related discipline

Working Experience
- Minimum 5 years of work experience related to talent management, learning and development and/or organizational development, combined with a strong execution and project management skill

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to communicate in Korean is an added advantage.
- Consultative in approach; has a point of view but is open to others’ ideas; strong drive for results and collaborate with others to get things done
- Exhibits drive to identify improvement areas and solutions to the problem through bringing in external perspectives and previous experiences; shows persistence and identify the best options to implement the changes even when there are obstacles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
