As the Site Leader/Managing Director of inTEST Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion in the Asia region. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of corporate business strategies in the region. Operationally, you will be responsible for overseeing our ~25 - 40-person regional center of excellence for engineering, sourcing and manufacturing. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate Development with frequent engagement with our Division Presidents, you will be helping to guide the strategic direction of the operation, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the organization's long-term success. This position is key to ensuring the continued growth and success of our company in the region and globally. This role is eligible for a 25% annual bonus and long term incentives.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement a clear and compelling strategic vision for the company’ regional Center of Excellence, aligning with the company’s mission and goals.
- **Stakeholder Relations**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government agencies
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute strategies to support the onsite businesses in achieving production goals, cost-efficiency, and overall business objectives.
- **Financial Management**: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee and support the onsite businesses to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness and safety standards are met
- **Compliance and Regulatory Affairs**: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- **Risk Management**: Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact the company's operations or reputation.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Implement KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of the Regional Center of Excellence and provide regular reports and analysis to the executive team, highlighting regional business development opportunities, operational performance, successes and challenges.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting best practices and innovative technologies to enhance business development, manufacturing and engineering processes.
- **Market Entry**: Supporting our Division Presidents and local Sales Leaders, identify and evaluate entry into new markets, conducting due diligence, risk assessments, and creating market entry plans to support our Businesses.
- **Team Leadership**: Build and develop a high-performance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies.

**Minimum Position Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record in a senior management position within sales, business development and/or operational leadership in the Asia region, ideally within the high-tech electronics or test sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English written and oral
- Strong understanding of the Asian market landscape, including cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.

- Interest in directing and guiding others—supervisory interest or skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
- Excellent listening and presentation skills.

Pay: RM33,000.00 - RM43,000.00 per month
