Export Coordinator and Invoicing Clerk

Are you meticulous, organized, and ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic work environment? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Export Coordinator and Invoicing Clerk** to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our export documentation and billing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prepare Bill of Lading and Invoices**
- Utilize our freight management system (Sysfreight) to prepare bills of lading and invoices.

**Document Management**
- Ensure all documents and job files are in order for billing.
- Sort and manage Bill of Lading documents as needed.

**Customer Communication**
- Send backup documents (CIPL & D/O) to customers as required.

**System Management**
- Open Master jobs in the system when necessary, particularly if the person in charge (PIC) is on leave or medical leave.

**Monitoring and Compliance**
- Monitor and ensure BL documents are sent out in time before the container arrives at its destination.

**Support and Ad-hoc Duties**
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Assist superiors with day-to-day operations whenever required.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in export coordination and invoicing.
- Proficiency in using freight management systems, Sysfreight will be a huge bonus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with export documentation and industry standards.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
