Main Responsibilities including but not limited to: - Regular review of AR ageing and ensure all collections are accounted. - Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities and work with management and team to achieve objectives. - Ensuring billing and receipting transaction are processed within agreed timelines. - Able to identify and manage credit risks by monitoring customer accounts and assessing their financial health. - Conduct activities in executing collection including sending information and reminders to customers to update payments. - Prepare monthly report on ageing and collection. - Responsible for meeting the Account Receivables KPI’s. - Prepare Accrued Revenue list from completed jobs in current month and update Accrued Schedule during closing. - Monitoring processing of invoices and ensure timely collection of payments. - Monitor Payment Advice web for payment. - Submit invoice through clients’ portal ie SUS, SmartGEP, Ariba etc. - Monitor schedule for milestone invoicing. - Ensure team members are guided, and supported, while maintaining effective communication across all levels. - Ensure timely closure of both internal and external audit requirements and requests. Job Requirements:

- 1. Degree in Accounting & Finance or its equivalent with 5 years relevant work experience with at least 1 or 2 years of supervisory role 2. Experience in overall accounting processes i.e. AP/AR/GL and its required entries, postings and generating of required documents. 3. Working knowledge of accounting software e.g. SAP, SQL or SAGE
