Job Description
- Liaise with customers on orders fulfillment with effective coordination internally in addressing issue
- Track and analyze customer demand trend and forecast accuracy for inventory control
- Maintain proper record on relevant data or system set-up
- Prepare production schedule to meet customers' demands and achieving the targeted service level
- Track and report the daily schedule vs. production actual output
- Responsible for material planning to ensure the steady flow of materials necessary to support the manufacturing lines.
- Work with suppliers, purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations
- Set priorities with the logistic department on the movement of material for timely shipment.
- Arrange and attend the regular meeting with customer to review fulfillment and delivery status
- Work closely with other function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements
- Support and prepare management reporting as and when necessary.
- Engaged with project team on new project ramp up.
- Plan production and monitor procurement of raw materials in accordance to product ramp down or phase out plan.
- Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business studies, Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
- At least 3 years' experience in the field of order management / customer service.
- Strong analytical skill, able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Result-oriented mindset and meticulous in details.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a must
- SAP knowledge is an added advantage
