**Key Job Scope**
**1.Management/Financial account**
a) Review financial and management reports, analysis and ensure completeness of the accounting records,
eg: overview, month on month analysis, plant on plant analysis, production vs financial performances and etc.
b) Review production report, production PL report, production due report.
c) Review inventory costing, WIP computation, standard unit cost for FG.
d) Cross functional departments discussion and coordination.
e) Liaise with HQ for financial reports clarification and consistent presentation formats.
f) Updates on accounting rules, financial reporting standards, interpretations and amendments.
**2.Internal/External Audit**
a) Oversee/Coordination of Internal/External Audit with the support from SG
**3.Taxation**
a) Ensure tax compliance including public ruling, tax returns, refund and payment for sales tax, service tax, GST, withholding tax, SST and income tax.
c) Liaise with local tax agents, tax officers and customs officers. (if necessary)
d) Transfer pricing compliance matters.
**Requirements and skills**
a) Proven experience as a Financial Manager.
b) Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.
c) Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
d) Proficient user of finance software.
e) Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
f) Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
g) A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
**Required Competencies**
a) Degree in Accountancy, partial/ professionally qualified in accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ICAEW) or equivalent.
b) A certified management accountant (CMA) is preferred.
c) Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Mandarin speaker is an additional advantage).
d) Have experience with strategic planning and analysis of financial projection.
e) Have solid experience with finance and accounting systems, principles and processes.
f) Have experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy at all times.
g) Possess in-depth knowledge of financial law, regulations, Finance best practices and current industry standards.
h) Easily connect with people, able to manage, guide and lead employees to adhere to the appropriate financial processes.
i) Are a highly positive, high energy, resourceful person that can work under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
j) Intellectually curious, a proactive problem-solver, able to execute ideas and be empathetic.
k) Believes in a strong organisational culture and the importance of community in the workplace.
l) Able to navigate cultural differences and can comfortably work with people from different backgrounds.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
