We are a 36 year old environmental protection mechanical engineering company and are currently undertaking continuous projects and due to our business expansion, we are inviting you to join us as one of our dynamic team

Job Functions, Duties & Responsibilities

Your job functions, duties & responsibilities shall cover the following:

- 1. To be able to read and interprets engineered drawings, sketches, codes and standards

2. To fit and assembles structural frameworks and housings from materials, such as angle iron, I-beams, and steel plate, using hand tools and welding equipment and follow the drawing and specifications

3. To set up and operate various heavy-duty metalworking machines such as brake presses, shears, cutting torches, grinders and drills, including computer numerical control (CNC) equipment, to bend, cut, form, punch, drill or otherwise form heavy metal components

4. To plan the sequence of tasks and executes fabrication safely and efficiently

5. To install fabricated components in final product

6. To measure and marking out cutting and bending lines

7. To fabricate and constructing metal components

8. To perform quality checks on completed products

9. To conform with state and company safety regulations.

10. To train and coach workers

11. To manage the work flow of production activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner

**Required Skills**:
1. Advanced mathematical and engineering skills

2. Knowledge and operation of overhead cranes, torches, welding machines and shop tools

3. Ability to stand for long periods

4. Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to resolve production issues promptly.

5. Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and materials used in the manufacturing or industrial sector

6. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

7. In-depth knowledge of production processes, safety protocols, and quality standards

Work Experience Required, Other Attributes & Pre-requisites:

- Able to work under pressure and work independently.
- Able to work 5 days a week at Nilai,Negeri Sembilan.
- Have experience in steel structure fabrication work is added advantage.
