Carry out repairs and servicing of black & white, color graphics printing machines, enabler hardware and software at Customer's premises and services to the highest standards & exceed Customer expectations.
- Achieve 2-hour customer response time.
- Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance for customers under care to maximize machine uptime.
- Ensure first-time-fix. Do it right the first time.
- Ensure total Customer Satisfaction through ongoing knowledge acquisition and improve the technical competencies.
- Provide field operations support to internal and external customers in accordance to the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Write accurate professional reports acting as a contact between Customers and FSM concerning technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
- Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur to superior for proper operational escalation points.
- Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality Field Operations.
- Responsible in setting up new machines and conduct pre-delivery inspection(PDI) to ensure machines are in proper working condition prior to installation at Customer's premises.
- Conduct user training to Customers.
- Cleaning & Tidy Up Workshop and office.
- Take good care of company assets and property.
- Maintain good relationship with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills together with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Basic computer and network setup knowledge.
- Has own motor or car.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
