**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with clients, maintain good relationship with clients
- Perform data entry and update the database system
- Preparing invoice, quotation and etc

**Requirement**:

- Excellent communication skills;
- Familiar with computer literacy including Word, Excel, Google Drive and English/Chinese Word Processing ;
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Great attention to details, a fast learner, great team player, able to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, diligent, and responsible;
- Good with administrative task
- Possess proposal drafting skill
- Office location is Oval Damansara
