Sales & Operations Officer

Job Description:

- Assist guest with tour packages and inquires
- In-charge of creating the brochures and creative content to ensure there are proper products advertised
- Assist in ensuring customer bookings are confirmed and are running smoothly
- Alias with suppliers to better understand the event with customers during or prior to tours
- Using critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products
- Understanding the basic knowledge of Microsoft words and creating brochure using Canva and other software
- Working closely with my team to better plan and organize customer needs

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 -5 years working experience in related industry / tourism
- Strong communication and problem solving
- Good team player, and creativity
- computer literacy - word, excel, power point
- Wiling work at Kota Kinabalu, Discovery Tours (Sabah)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales & Operations: 3 years (required)
