**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our team. The Sales Admin will support our sales department in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to our sales team's success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Welcoming and greeting customers. Staying updated on our full range of products. Working closely with the team to provide excellent service. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing, and customer follow-up. Maintain and update customer records in our system. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing timely and accurate information.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is an advantage but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to converse in Mandarin, English & Malay.
**Recruitment Process**:
Pay: RM1,400.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
