**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

**Communication**:

- Liaise between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments.
- Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and address inquiries.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.
- Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate and properly filed.

**Sales Meetings and Events**:

- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments.
- Assist in the organization of sales events and trade shows.

**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales leads, and pipeline information.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and travel arrangements.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:

- A diploma or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.

**Communication Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with both internal teams and external customers.

**Organizational Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

**Computer Skills**:

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AutoCount software. (On the field training for AutoCount skill will be provided)

**Detail-Oriented**:

- Attention to detail is crucial for accurately processing orders and maintaining records.

**Team Player**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.

**Customer Focus**:

- A customer-centric approach and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Problem Solving**:

- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to sales orders and customer inquiries.

Basic salary + EPF and Socso
