**Job Vacancy: Account cum Secretary Assistant**
**Location**: No 56-1, Dataran Dwitasik, Jalan Dwitasik, Bandar Sri Permaisuri, 56000 Cheras, Kuala Lumpur

**Working Hours**:
- **Monday to Thursday**: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Friday**: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- **Rest Days**: Saturday and Sunday
**Job Scope**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an **Account cum Secretary Assistant**. In this role, you will provide essential support in both accounting and administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Accounting Duties**:
- Assist with bookkeeping and maintaining financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist in handling accounts receivable and payable.
- **Secretarial Duties**:
- Manage the schedules and appointments of senior staff.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
