**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for HR matters and ensure that respective role and responsibilities are performed according to SOP, rules, and regulations as per Labour Law.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
2. Ensure the attendance book from projects are delivered at head office on 25th and 31st salary preparation

3. Ensure Annual Leave forms and other leave are submitted to HR on the 20th and 25th of each month.

4. Registered new the employees in the Q- pay system on 21st every month for Hospital and 26th every month for commercial project.

5. Update personnel record in the Q- pay system and personnel file on 14th-20th every month.

6. Recording all types of deductions that will be made on the employee’s salary in the Q-pay system on 14th-20th every month.

7. Process salary and payslip for Hospital on 25-26th every month and commercial project on 31st - 2nd every month

8. Assists HR Officer prepare monthly salary listing for DMD approval within the timeline.

9. Finalize overtime payment before 9th of every month.

10. Provide the employee's monthly salary slip every month.

11. Prepare pay slip scan files and salary records of hospital and commercial projects for digital files

12. Check and verify SOCSO membership number in the Portal Assist Perkeso system.

13. Check and verify KWSP membership number in the I-Akaun system.

14. Prepare documents for the monthly contributions of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and submit to finance department on 10th every month.

15. Attend to uniform requirement by projects when require.

16. Carry out uniform stock balance every 20th of the month.

17. Prepare a list of employees for Bantuan Sara Hidup (beras) every 3 months.

18. Check and verify Credit Note (CN) against monthly attendance record.

19. Distribute contract renewal letter to respective projects supervisors.

20. Prepare KPI form for supervisors and submit to managers for completion.

21. Prepare listing for incentives and other benefit and submit to DMD for completion.

22. Perform any other duties as instructed by HOD and/or Senior Management as and when required.

23. Strictly observe Harta Anti-Bribery Policy and all other Company’s Rules & Regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 per month
