**Principal Accountabilities**: To be responsible and manage all tax matters to ensure in compliance with various tax laws and regulations to achieve tax efficiency for the Group. To assume supporting roles to assist the Finance Managers in all tax matters including but not limited to tax advisory, tax planning and transfer pricing reporting and documentation.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. To assist in handling all tax compliance work including but not limited to preparation of the income tax computation and returns, tax estimates, review of SST return and review of provisional tax computation for audit and tax estimate purposes.

2. To assist in monitoring and optimizing tax payments to comply with both tax authorities and Group requirements.

3. To assist in tax audits including liaising with the tax authorities.

4. To assume a supporting role to assist the Finance Manager in the following functions:

- Drafting of tax on business related opportunities, transactions, restructurings, acquisitions, reorganizations etc.
- Drafting of relevant board papers prior to implementing new projects and structures for board's approval.
- Application for the relevant tax incentives for companies within the Group.
- Other tax advisory matters.

5. To perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
