We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Chat Support Representatives to join our team. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chat Support Representative or similar customer service role
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and chat support platforms
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Salary**: RM1,535.11 - RM3,128.14 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- BPO: 1 year (preferred)
