Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze website analytics and sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or related role
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
